The Klammer hotel is near to the old Brennero road and is easily accessible by car. Many guests arrive at the restaurant on foot after a hike in the lovely scenery of the Alta Val d’Isarco. The surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions!
At the Klammer restaurant, we cater for all tastes. Simple, fresh ingredients are the basis of Alto Adige cooking, with the added aroma of fresh herbs. Our Mediterranean recipes are rich in taste and variety. Of course, the restaurant also offers a range of classic international dishes!
Enjoy our meals with a glass of wine. Our tasty food is served in welcoming surroundings and guests can choose between one dining room in traditional style and one more modern one.
The Klammer hotel, not far from the historic centre of Vitipeno offers guests at the Restaurant a rich and varied menu.
Traditional charm and modern style
Wood panelling and attention to detail give the dining room at the Kalmmer a welcoming atmosphere. The second dining room is bright and comfortable. Here there is also a bar, where guests can sit and chat while enjoying a glass of wine. Light wood and pleasant colours are all around.

Alto Adige cuisine and mediterranean dishes
The Alto Adige region is known for its tasty dishes, such as dumplings, spinach ravioli, roast potatoes and hearty meat dishes. On warm days guests often prefer a fresh salad or a light snack – in this region, the speck is particularly good. The Klammer restaurant also offers Italian specialities such as pasta dishes. A tasty dessert completes the menu, and ours our not only delicious but also beautifully presented: a feast for the eyes!
