In addition to hikers, mountain bikers and sport climbers, via ferrata climbers have also discovered Lake Garda as a fantastic sport region. Around Riva del Garda on the northern shore of the lake are some of the oldest and most classic climbs in the Alps. As early as during the First World War, some climbing passages were laid out as supply routes for the troops.

Super fun! We did it with our three daughters and they had a blast. I think the approach hike was harder than the via Ferrata itself, but we really enjoyed it. Great exposure!
