A relatively long and complex via ferrata where a certain level of experience and skill is required. Halfway along the path near the cascades, there is the possibility to take a detour path that ends up at the Rifugio Franco Cavazza al Pisciadù. Despite the steel cables at the beginning of the gorge, the descent towards Val Setus can become extremely difficult especially at the beginning of summer, seeing that snow and ice stay from the winter stay for a long time. Spikes and ice-picks are highly recommended for every trip. This via ferrata is not recommended for beginners.

The distance between the supports is short which adds a safety factor during the high season, as the Pisciadù ferrata is frequently used.
Access to the via ferrata: from the car-park (sign-posted) walk in a easterly direction. Go up the incline with mountain pines until the beginning of a secured gap with steel cable and iron steps, then proceed along the path in a South-East direction until the beginning of the via ferrata.
