Interesting and variety-rich circular via ferrata that allows the crossing of the Rotwand along two steep and demanding tours. The access is located to the south-west and the exit to the south-east. Non-secured and exposed rock formations require absolute surefootedness.
Steep via ferrata that follows a non-secured and very exposed ridge. The exit via the south-east-route is also an entire via ferrata, again along an exposed ridge.
From the hut Rifugio Lunelli along the path n. 101 in approx. 1 hour to the hut Rifugio Berti (open from the middle of June to the end of September, possibility to stay overnight, www.rifugioberti.it.
Via ferrata with mostly handy and steady rocks. Well stretched steel rope but some parts are non-secured, requiring absolute surefootedness. Ladders mitigate the difficult ascension.

70% steel rope, 3% ladders, 15% exposed paths, 12% paths.
1400 m in altitude, 4.5-5 hours. Access: 1070 m in altitude, 3-3.5 hours. Via ferrata: 280 m in altitude, 1-1.5 hours.
along the eastern crest (steel rope into the cirque, called Circo est). Along the path and the red arrows mark the next ascension (steel ropes). Along the ridge directed south (exposed, only rarely secured) you will reach the short and steep descent (secured) not far from the southern access path. Along this path you will come back to the hut Rifugio Lunelli. 2.5-3 hours.
From Sexten via the pass Kreuzbergpass into the valley Val Padola (road n. 52) and 8 km later you will reach a junction (Bagni di Valgrande). Along this path you will reach the hut Rifugio Lunelli.
