The house is located 10 km from Klagenfurt city center, 14 km from Feldkirchen and 14 km from St. Veit an der Glan. For motorway exit / driveway Klagenfurt Nord is only 5 km. There are shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity in the next town - Wölfnitz (about 2 km away). Restaurants are within walking distance in 2 and 5 min. reachable. A bike path is located directly from the accommodation towards Klagenfurt or towards Wörthersee. Furthermore, there are numerous lakes - Wortsee about 5 km Ossiachersee about 19 km Maltschachersee about 10 km and much more ... in the immediate vicinity. Various leisure activities: tennis, golf (2 golf courses), hiking, horse riding are only a few minutes away by car.

Our three apartments in a 19th century founder's house are very centrally located at the exhibition grounds. The center of Klagenfurt can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or in 5 min. by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the house. In 5 min. One can walk to a supermarket, the main train station Klagenfurt in about 10 min. Lake Wörth is about 4 km away and can be reached by car, bus or bike in a short time. Free public parking is available in front of and behind the house.
