Lovely walk. Small section currently closed by council emergency footpath closure. Had to find our own diversion route to get back on track.

Fantastic views with rolling countryside, fields, woods and thatched villages. Overgrown in parts but passable. Advise trousers and sturdy footwear even in summer when dry. Recorded route on OS maps and it was 12 miles.

Walberswick Walk Guide - Suffolk Coast and Heaths Outstanding Landscapes by Wendy

This walk is beautiful. We did find the route a little off in the first couple of miles out of Walberswick. It tells you to turn a couple of times but there is no where to turn as original route is completely overgrown and the footpath has moved over time. So just stick to the path that is there and eventually it joins back to the original route.
