Die recht einfache Winterwanderung auf präpariertem Weg zur Kuhalm ist ein winterliches Highlight auf dem Rosskopf bei Sterzing.
Von der Bergstation der Rosskopf Seilbahn führt der präparierte Wanderweg bis zur bewirtschafteten Kuhalm hoch über Sterzing. Der einfache Weg führt dabei anfangs ansteigend, dann ohne größere Steigungen den Hang querend Richtung Westen bis zu besagter Kuhalm. Die knapp 3 km Hinweg sind in ungefähr einer Stunde geschafft, zur Belohnung gibt es eine tolle Aussicht und die Einkehrmöglichkeit auf der Kuhalm. Rückweg wie Hinweg
