To the High Shrine of St. Helena in Ulten

First approach from Lana near Meran to St. Pankraz, soon afterwards via the mountain road branching off on the mountain side up to the Vordermannhof farm and through the slopes into the Kaserbachhöfe farms (1451 m, car park). From there, follow the signpost 5 on the narrow farm access road, climbing only very slightly to the fork in the road, here turn right through the slopes almost level to the Halsmannhof farm (1488 m), on the church hill climbing slightly to the Helener Bichl inn and to the little church (1532 m); from the starting point just under 1:00 h. Return to the starting point: as outward route.
