From Cainallo, the trail leads along narrow paths and the Via Ferrata CAI Mandello to the summit of Grigna Settentrionale (2409 m) and back down via the Sentiero attrezzato di Grignone.

The Grigna is a mountain group on the eastern foothills of Lake Como. It has two prominent peaks, the Grigna Settentrionale or Grigone (2409 m) and the Grigna Meridionale or Grignetta (2177 m), which in turn are divided into many small individual peaks. Our tour runs over short via ferratas and steep walking sections, almost all of which are rope-secured.
