Very beautifully designed via ferrata that requires a lot of arm strength and excellent foot technique. Although the route does not have too many metres in altitude, you should not underestimate the length. The ascent is extremely exposed in parts, the traverse along the old water channels, which have been renewed on a short stretch, is a thing in itself! Retreating from the route may not be possible without a climbing rope and abseiling equipment.

Access: From the car park, follow the tarred access road to Juval Castle and go straight ahead at the first bend. Walk under the walls to reach the Juval climbing garden. Continue along the path on the edge of the Schnalser Bach stream. You will soon reach the first steel cable safety devices and follow them to an adventurous, exposed steel cable bridge that leads across the Schnalser Bach stream and to the start of the via ferrata at a tunnel on the old Schnalser Straße. Characteristics and technical details: Steep, on stretches also üngender and consistently difficult ascent. For the most part only secured with steel ropes.
