Wellfit trail
From Naturno along the cycle path to Plaus and along the Wellfit trail and the Rittersteig trail past Dornsberg Castle back to the starting point.

At the station bridge there is an information board of the „Nature Fitness Park Naturns“. The route is well signposted throughout. First follow the Etsch dam orographically on the left as far as Plaus. After approx. 3 km, cross the Adige on the normal traffic bridge, pass the church on the left, continue straight ahead on hiking trail 30A or „Wellfit-Parcours“, which then becomes the Rittersteig (no. 1), always follow this in the direction of Naturno. At Gasthof Waldheim, briefly leave the hiking trail, continue below Dornsberg Castle on agricultural paths and after a few hundred metres turn back onto the Rittersteig trail and follow it to its end. The Rittersteig finally ends at the starting point of the „Jesus Reflection Path“. From there you walk back along an asphalt road to the starting point. 70% asphalt 30 % forest path
