Der Maddalene Sky Marathon verbindet die Ortschaft Unsere liebe Frau im Walde (1342 M.) in Südtirol mit dem Dorf Rumo (1000 M.) im Trentino

Der Start des Maddalene Sky Marathon liegt in Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde am Deutschnonsberg. Die Strecke führt hoch zum Gampenpass und von dort auf dem Bonacossa Steig (Nr. 133) bis zur Malga Binasia, um den Monte Pin herum und über die Malga Stablei bis hinunter nach Rumo im Trentino. Das sind 44,2 km, 2905 Hm aufwärts und 3256 Höhenmeter abwärts. Der Berglauf führt entlang der besonders naturbelassenen Gebirgsgruppe der „Maddalene“ (Ultner Berge) an der Grenze zwischen Deutschnonsberg und dem Ultental.
