Upstream
Running route in Val Badia from the Sportzone Stern to Corvara

From the sports field, follow the wide hiking trail upstream and after a few hundred metres you will pass a fitness trail. After about 3 km, following the signs to Corvara, you come to a bridge and a road subway. Continue along the left bank of the stream until you reach the main road, which you cross in the direction of Camping Colfosco. Follow the stream embankment and walk around the campsite on the right until you reach a shady forest path with a slight incline, which leads you back out of the valley via serpentines to Corvara. Passing a small pond, follow the signs to La Ila on an asphalt road to the right and through a subway to the other side of the road. Finally, cross a wide wooden bridge to reach the other side of the river Gader and return to the starting point. 85 % gravel road 10 % asphalt 5 % forest path
