In Prämajur near Burgeis we have fun tobogganing after the leisurely ascent with the chairlift on the winding track back to the valley station.

Our tour starts in Prämajur, a district of the village of Burgeis, which lies hidden on the mountainside. The Benedictine monastery of Marienberg and the Fountain Castle are particularly striking features of the village. The old village at the foot of the Watles still radiates a pleasant tranquillity. While we enjoy the mountain panorama of the Upper Vinschgau on the leisurely ascent from Prämajur with the four-seater chairlift, we are already looking forward to the uphill swing in the Plantapatsch hut. Here, below the 2557 m high Watles, we should enjoy a short break. Freshly invigorated, we then look forward to tobogganing fun on the natural toboggan run. At the end of the tour, we can stop off at the igloo bar at the bottom station of the chairlift. The challenge of the run is easy to moderately difficult.     If you don't want to use the cable car, you can of course also climb the mountain on foot in about an hour along the toboggan run.
