On a section of the Merano Mountain Trail we walk through the Pfossental valley, which is surrounded by high mountain peaks. Along the way we enjoy great views and learn a lot about the production of spicy alpine cheese and about nature.
From the Vorderkaser, the trail climbs steadily through the valley to the Mitterkaser. From there we hike via the Rableid Alm up to the Eishof. Here we turn back after a rest and walk back to the starting point;
