Crusc de Rit
Moderately difficult snowshoe tour on the Crusc de Rit or also called Kreuzspitze in the heart of the Gadertal.
Tour by Gilbert Holzmann. From the car park, follow the tractor path along the edge of the forest in an easterly direction (Mark. 15). Initially steeper, then flatter, it turns left up into the forest (Mark. 16). A little steeper again, you soon reach the meadows, interspersed with more woodland, and the first haystacks. Above you are the summits of the Pares and M. dles Bisces, directly opposite are the Fanes mountains to the south and south-east, and behind them or to the south-west are the peaks of the Marmolada & Sella and Puez groups. Through the open forest aisles, you continue to ascend sloping to the left (northwest) and reach an old crossroads via the wide ridge, where you turn left (mark 6) and reach the summit of the Crusc de Rit in a few minutes. Descent from Crusc de Rit: As ascent.
