Turn-by-turn directions

The starting point of this speed hiking tour is the car park at the valley station of the Hochmuth cable car. From there the route heads uphill until just below the Farmerkreuz inn. Here it continues along the fitness trail, which passes through the forest as far as the Tiroler Kreuz. From the Tiroler Kreuz it heads along trail no. 23 to the Muthof farms and onwards to the mountain station of the Hochmuth cable car.

Along the Bolzano-Merano expressway to the Merano Sud/Sinigo exit - Tirolo - along the Via Principale/Via Aslago to the valley station of the Muta cable car.
