The running course in the valley area starts at the Ratschings valley station. From there you run the varied trail to Flading at the end of the Ratschingstal valley. Then you follow the same path back to the starting point.
The trail is ideally suited for Fartlek training as there are hardly any unevennesses in the ground.
The route can be extended or shortened as desired with variant loops

Getting there

Coming from Sterzing/Vipiteno, drive in the direction of Ratschingstal/Val Racines. In the village of Stange/Stanghe turn left into the Ratschingstal and follow the road for about 7 km to Innerratschings/Racines di Dentro.
