Herausfordernder Rundweg mit 51 km (maximale Steigung: 18%) durch Apfelplantagen in einer Höhe von bis zu 1.400 m. Die Tour kann von allen Ortschaften entlang des Weges ausgehend begonnen werden.

Von Cles hält man sich auf der Provinzstraße in Richtung Trient, kommt dabei an der Brücke des Damms von Santa Giustina vorbei und fährt bis nach Dermulo nach oben. Man biegt nach links in Richtung Fondo/Mendelpass und beginnt dabei einen leichten Anstieg (5 km), welcher nach Sanzeno führt. Man folgt weiter der Staatsstraße und biegt nach dem Rätischen Museum nach links, wobei man den Markierungen nach Casez und Dambel folgt. Auf dieser wenig befahrenen Straße erreicht man Dambel (inmitten von Apfelbäumen) und steigt zu den Wiesen von Sarnonico wieder an. Man passiert die Kirche und biegt am Ende des Anstiegs (nach dem Sportplatz) nach links, um so die nahe gelegene Ortschaft Fondo zu erreichen. Von hier folgt man den Schildern zum Tonalepass und nach einer ergiebigen Abfahrt (etwas mehr als 2 km) biegt man bei der Kreuzung nach rechts nach Castelfondo und Laurein. Hier beginnt ein langer Anstieg, welcher anfangs einfach ist und nach Castelfondo fordernder wird (atemberaubende 5 km).
