A road bike itinerary that in part is on solitary roads from Bolzano to the Catinaccio-Latemar area.

First return to the main road. Cross the bridge and then turn right onto the Isarco Valley cycling path. After a few kilometres, you will reach Cornedo where you must leave the cycling path and turn right. Immediately after the underpass of the motorway, turn left and continue towards Cornedo. A 12.9 km stretch follows that is quite steep but very beautiful. At "Kaserer Bildl" turn right to reach the main road for S. Valentino and after a few kilometres leave the main road and turn left onto a narrow road that leads to Nova Levante. You will the reach via Carezza. Once you have reached the Costalunga Pass, continue in the direction of the NigerPass which is on a level ground. You will reach the Tires Valley cycling down a steep hill. Follow the road in the direction of Bolzano and after a slight climb, you will have another steep descent; once you have arrived in Prato all'Isarco you will meet the Isarco Valley cycling path. Return to the starting point along the cycling path.
