Gampenpass, Brezer- and Hofmahdjoch.
To warm up, we start in Lana at the sports field, because from the roundabout in the centre of town, the route already stretches upwards. After the main ascent of the tour, you touch the Val di Sole with a wide view into the valley, and then head into the Ulten Valley via two ascents over the Brezer and Hofmahdjoch passes. The rapid descent through the small tunnels requires concentration again at the end!

From the sports field/swimming pool in Lana, head towards the town centre and Ulten Valley on the Boznerstrasse/SS38. At the roundabout turn left ➊ and always follow the signs for Gampenpass, which is reached after about 20 km ➋. Pleasant rolling descent, past the info centre for the Deutschnonstal, through the villages of Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde and St. Felix to Fondo ➌. There, turn right up SS42 to Salobbi and continue down to Laurein ➍. 2 km after Laurein, turn right at the junction to Proveis ➎ uphill on the SP 86 üover the Brezer Joch towards the Ulten Valley. After the 8-km climb with narrow hairpin bends at the end onto the Hofmahdjoch ➏, you roll through the tunnels downhill into Ultental. At the junction ➐, turn right downhill back to Lana.
