Wide figure-eight loop in the lower Vinschgau Valley with few metres of altitude and lots of apple orchards. Starting from Latsch, you explore the beginning of the upper Vinschgau Valley as far as Schlanders, then roll quickly in the direction of the flow of the Etsch River, always heading slightly downhill towards Merano.
Start in Latsch at the car park opposite the St. Martin cable car. Through the village in a northerly direction, follow the road through the industrial area. At the Goldrain roundabout ➊ straight on to the Hotel Vinschgerhof. 200 m after that turn left ➋ onto the farm track through the apple orchards to Silandro ➌. Return on the state road or cycle path to Latsch, continue through Kastelbell ➍. There on the state road to Naturns, through the town centre ➎ and on to Rabland. Turn right to the Aschbach cable car ➏, right to Plaus ➐ and along the railway line back to Naturno. On the SP 111 via Tschirland and Staben to Tschars ➑. On the Etsch cycle path back to Latsch.
