From Reit im Winkl over the Hohe Tauern to Arnoldstein

This demanding alpine crossing with a few difficult trails and pushing/carrying passages takes us in 6 stages from Chiemgau to Kärnten, Östereich. Our tour ends in Arnolstein, near the Dreiländereck between Italy, Slovenia and Östereich.  We start in Reit im Winkl and are guests at the Winkelmoos-Alm, the home of „Gold-Rosi“ Mittermaier. We cycle through the magnificent mountains of the Saalbach Hinterglemm region and conquer the Gro;glocknerstrasse, then cycle through the Drau Valley with its magnificent scenery. The last stage is a real challenge for our physical condition, as we will cover a good 2000 metres of altitude in the Carnic Alps.
