Von der Seiser Alm mit dem Mountainbike um den Langkofel, zum Tierser Alpl und über die Rosszähnscharte zurück. Vorbei an der Prossliner Schwaige zur Schlernbödelehütte und hinunter zur Talstation der Umlaufbahn - eine Traumtour im Herzen der Dolomiten.

Diese Tour hat wirklich alles zu bieten: traumhaftes Panorama, flowige sowie technisch anspruchsvolle Trails, viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten, aber auch immer wieder kurze Schiebepassagen. Großteils verläuft die Tour auf Wanderwegen, weshalb sie im Hochsommer aufgrund der vielen Wanderer ungeeignet ist. Mit der Umlaufbahn von Seis zum Startpunkt nach Compatsch (1844m). Von hier geht es zunächst auf Aspahlt mit imposanten Ausblicken über die Seiser Alm bis nach Saltria (1675m). In leichtem Auf und Ab folgt man dem Schotterweg Nr. 30 durch den Wald in Richtung Monte Pana. Kurz davor rechts ab und auf Markierung 528 steil hinauf zur Comicihütte (2154m - zuletzt kurze Schiebepassage - Steig Nr. 526). Mit fantastischen Aussichten auf die Sellagruppe führt die Tour weiter zum Sellajochhaus (2179m) und unterhalb der Fünffingerspitzen hinauf zur Forcella Rodela. Auf dem wunderbaren Friedrich August Höhenweg gelangt man zur Plattkofelhütte (2300m). Über die Schneid geht es durch Wiesenhänge
