Der Ziss Sattel verbindet Truden mit Altrei im Unterland.
Der Start der MTB Tour zum Ziss Sattel erfolgt in Truden. Auf dem E 5 hinauf zum Ziss Sattel und von dort weiter bis zur Hornalm unter dem Trudner Horn. Den selben Weg zurück zum Ziss Sattel und auf Weg Nr. 3 rechts hinunter nach Altrei. Auf Weg 8 weiter nach Guggal und bis zum Wasserle Hof. Von hier zur Ortschaft Molina di Fiemme und weiter nach Predaia und Aguai. Auf Wald und Forstraßen hinauf nach San Lugano und von dort auf der alten Bahntrasse bis nach Kaltenbrunn. Auf der Landstraße zurück nach Truden.
