Ride the flow Trail crossing the passes on the Tschögglberg (Monzoccolo)
First take the tar road going uphill steeply, passing several farms. Afterwards, keep left twice on a forest path up to the Meltina (Mölten) pass and continue to the Möltner Kaser (Meltina cheesemaker). Then turn left and ride uphill across the meadow and up a steep path to the Auener Joch (1926m).
Now go downhill to the Auener Alm and continue towards the Sarner Skihütte. Once above it, turn left onto a train and then go up a forest road to Ottenbacher Alm and the Mittagerhütte. From here, take a pretty trail uphill, then cross the mountainside over to the Kesselberghütte, the highest point of the tour at 2300 metres. Now make an exciting descent along the ridge down to the Waidmann Alm. From here, head back into the valley until you reach the Kirchsteiger Alm and then ride back uphill past the Meraner Hütte towards a number of mountain passes. Now follow a gorgeous trail along the Kreuzjöchl, Auener Joch until you reach the "Stoanerne Mandln" (little stone men). By riding
