Downhill for a swimMountain bike tour from Kaltern (Caldaro) through the Höllental valley and down to the popular swimming lake in Überetsch (Oltradige)

The mountain bike tour starts in Kaltern and heads towards the sports ground via Malga. Just before the sports ground turn off to the right and ride through the forest to Ziegelstadl, first on asphalt, then on gravel. Continue following the path towards Plamaut, then turn left onto the trail marked as no.9 to the Traminer Höhenweg (Alta Via di Termeno). This runs into the Höllental valley, where there are some sections where you will have to push. Keep following the marked trail until a pond, take a sharp left turn here and ride down trail no.6 to the "Zogglerwiesen". The tour then heads north along a nice trail (no.4) back into the Höllental valley, then along the stream on trail 10 down to the Rechtenthal castle. Next comes a short climb on the asphalt road to Söll, then turn right and ride down a rapid trail (no.11A) to Lake Kaltern (Kalterer See). If you still have enough energy left, the climb to Kaltern up hiking trail no.10 is recommended and then ride along the "Friedensweg"
