Mit dem Mountainbike in und um Bruneck, dem Pustertaler Hauptort, unterwegs.
Ausgehend von Gais dem Fluss Ahr entlang bis nach St. Georgen. Die Hauptstraße überqueren und an der Kirche vorbei, weiter zum Maria Hilf Kirchlein. Von dort Richtung Westen weiter bis nach Pfalzen. Weiter nach Issing und über Forstwege in südlicher Richtung weiter bis man die Sportzone in Pfalzen erreicht. Von dort über den Wald weiter nach Fassing und hinunter nach St. Lorenzen. Über den Radweg bis zum Zugbahnhof in St. Lorenzen und dann bei der Feuerwehrhalle über einen Feldweg nach Waldheim. Von dort in das Zentrum nach Bruneck, durch die Stadt hindurch und über den Radweg zurück nach Gais.
