This tour describes a shortened section of one of the day tours of the Stoneman Trail. The highlight of the tour is the very demanding section over the Demuth Passage, which requires absolutely safe riding skills and perfect weather.

The STONEMAN Trail is a total of 120 km long, has over 4,000 metres of altitude and is well marked with stone markings. The entire Stoneman Trail can be divided into three daily stages. One of the day tours is described here. For those who want to complete all three day tours of the trail by ex-professional biker Roland Stauder, this can also be done in the form of a kind of competition. For this purpose, you can purchase a start package with a stamp wristband at the starting point (the proceeds will be donated). There are stamp points at the following five stations: Marchkinkele (2545 m), Sillianerhütte (2447 m), Passo Silvella (2329 m), Valgrande (1362 m), mountain station Rotwandbahn (1900 m). Those who complete the entire route of the Stoneman Trail in one day have a good chance of winning the Stoneman Trophy. Roland Stauder created this trophy especially for this project and made it by hand. You can find more information at: www.stoneman.it . This route takes you along a
