Enjoy the tremendous Sonnenberg trail (Sunny Flow) from St. Martin im Kofel over the Sonnenberg to Latsch

The starting point for the MTB tour is at the lower station of the St. Martin im Kofel cable car. Take the cycle path to Kastelbell. At Kastelbell, leave it and ride on the asphalt road to St. Martin im Kofel. This peaceful road snakes its way around the Sonnenberg at a pleasant gradient. The varied downhill trail starts just before you reach the cable car. Following the signs for the "Sonnenberg-Trail", ride downhill towards Latsch. There are some technically challenging passages at the start until you reach a forest path. Turn left here and follow the forest road briefly. Then turn off right again onto the trail through the forest. The descent flows quicker and quicker, the forest thins out and you can see Latsch and the Vinschgau valley. Next you join the hiking trail no.5 which runs to the Tisserbach stream (watch out for hikers, please be cautious and patient). After crossing the suspension bridge, branch off to the light and then take trail 3 down to Tiss and back to the
