The anti-clockwise Sellaronda MTB tour has been provided by Val Gardena/Gröden Marketing The few kilometers to Ciaslat, slightly uphill, are the ideal start to for the Sellaronda MTB tour. The short but marvellous trail towards Monte Pana is a sign of the excitement to come on the tour. A short climb to Monte Pana comes next, then the lift brings riders to the foot of the Langkofel. The steepest section of the tour is also one of the most beautiful: directly below the mighty Langkofel the route climbs steeply up towards the Rifugio Comici. Then on the way towards the city of stones, the path turns into a gorgeous trail. A few especially steep sections and hairpins here force most bikers to get off and push briefly. Next riders roll easily downhill through the city of stones to the car park at the cable car to the Langkofel col. Shortly afterwards, the scenic descent towards Lupo Bianco begins from the Rifugio Valentini. The descent becomes steeper, then you reach the
