Comfortable.
1000 vertical metres over a length of 21 km; the numbers make this tour nice and comfortable, neither challenging stretches nor long trails. There is only one single-track section into the Val Nicolò which requires good riding skills.

The first section of the tour runs on forest roads in the Val Monzoni, the second part through the wild and almost untouched Val S. nicolò. Surrounded by the cima Dodici and cima Undici peaks, the Monzoni Group, the costabella, cima Uomo and col ombert, this valley is considered to be one of the most unspoiled in the Dolomites. Riding along the S. nicolò river leads to a hut by the waterfalls. Itinerary description On MtB route n. 206 (sign-posted). the starting point is the village of Meida (Pozza di Fassa), at the Buffaure cable car valley station ➊ 1350 m. Follow the ski slope for a short while, then enter the valley and continue to the camping Vidor ➋, turn right into the forest and wait for the Malga al crocifisso ➌ 1530 m. turn right again, follow the forest road into the Valle dei Monzoni, pass the Baita Monzoni (hut) ➍ 1800 m and arrive at the goal of the route: the Malga Monzoni ➎ 1866 m. Ride back for about 100 metres on the access road ➏, on the right side of the valley
