Downhill trail on Brixen's local mountain.
In 2014, after years of planning, the long-awaited Plose flow trail was opened. The task for the trail builders was clear: an easy, fun and flowing trail that can be ridden by anyone with basic biking skills. The jumps and berms were designed in such a way that they can also be ridden around if necessary (chicken lines) and some steeper passages were made even steeper in 2015.

At the lift exit in Kreuztal (1) enjoy a coffee and a view of the Dolomites. Then it’s time for the Plose-Single-Trail-Flow 6.6 km, as the trail is correctly called. After 200 m of rolling in, we immediately hit the trail. Numerous berms, small and larger kickers (jumps) promise fun and variety. The difficulty of the trail lies in controlling the speed and taking the momentum with you in the bends. According to the motto of bike legend Cédric Gracia: „It doesn’t matter how fast you go into a turn – but how fast you leave it“. After about 5 km, the actual trail ends at the Trametschhütte (2) and on the Rudi Run (roder and go-kart track) you go down a few more 100 m to the valley station of the Plose cable car (3), perhaps to rock the Plose single trail flow 6.6 km one more time …
