On the Plose.
All day long on the sunny side of the Plose with a magnificent view of the Dolomites ... if the weather cooperates.

Start from the mountain station (1) in the direction of the Dolomites along the forest road endlessly up to the Plosehütte (2), which is also the highest point of the tour. From there you follow the Dolomiten Höhenweg nr. 2, 6,7 down to the forest road (Plosachalm). Follow this road up slightly to the left until you reach the idyllic Gableralm (3) or Hintere Rossalm. From there, a beautiful, but sometimes tricky trail begins until you reach Wacker Lacke (4). Continue right on the forest road, past the former Enzian hut (5) until shortly after you reach the Dolomitenhöhenweg 2,4 uphill again. Some will have to push from time to time, but this path is the only reasonable connection back to the Plose mountain. At the Schnatzerbach, the trail continues more leisurely on trail 17A and as soon as you reach the Rossalm (6), another short difficult trail awaits you. Soon you are on the popular Woody Walk (7), which leads leisurely to the starting point Kreuztal (1).
