This difficult mountain bike tour takes us up the Roen, where we have a beautiful view of the Dolomites and the surrounding landscapes. Afterwards we ride downhill on technically demanding and partly very steep trails and reach Tramin.

We start our tour at the car park of the cable car in St. Anton (Kaltern) and first take the Mendel cable car up to the Mendel Pass. In only twelve minutes' travel time we overcome 854 metres in altitude and reach an altitude of 1363 metres. We then pass numerous huts, including the Rifugio Malga di Romeno. There we have a chance to stop for a break. Afterwards, we climb the remaining altitude metres to the Roen (2116 m) on a partly very demanding path. At the summit we let our gaze wander and enjoy the unique panorama afforded by the Dolomites, the Ortles group and the Brenta. Downhill we follow the trail in the direction of Schwarzer Kopf, which is very difficult in parts and takes us to our limits. We then cycle to the Grauner Joch. There we can either turn left onto trail 1 A (very difficult trail) or follow the forest path, which then becomes trail 1 A. On the way we pass the Lenzenhof farm and arrive in Tramin via Zogglerwiesen.
