The Herrnsteig on the Kronplatz was chosen as one of the most beautiful trails with an abundance of downhill runs. Riddled with technical and flowing sections, the descent offers lots of variety.

The "Herrnsteig" freeride trail on the Kronplatz offers pure riding pleasure and is located right by the cable car station in Reischach. At 9km long and a vertical drop of 1300m, there are jumps, steep turns and a huge variety of chicanes to tackle. Experienced riders and beginners alike will be satisfied. From Reischach, take the Kronplatz cable car to the summit of the Kronplatz (2269m). The trail starts directly at the summit. Lacking the right bike? No problem! The Kronplatz Outdoor Center has top-quality well-maintained bikes to rent. You can get the necessary safety equipment there as well of course. The well-trained staff will give you all the important information and tips about the bikes and the trail.
