Short but rewarding mountain bike tour high above Auer.
From the Schwarzenbach recreation area, head northwest through Auer to the Etsch dam. Follow the cycle path to Süden until you reach a rest stop, cross the main road here and turn into the Vill fraction of Neumarkt. Shortly afterwards, turn left über the Lehenweg up to Montan. Now follow the railway line of the former Fleimstal railway on a pleasant incline. Above Birbamhof, turn right onto marker 4A to Glen. The trail turns into a forest road, follow this briefly and then descend to the right via a flowing trail (marker 4) to Montan. Go through the village centre and continue on the Lottersteig trail down to the starting point.
