Well signposted circular trail (demanding due to length and difference in altitude; no technical difficulties) on the Predaia plateau. Not to be missed: Sanctuary of San Romedio and Castel Thun.

From the Black Palace (Palazzo Nero) in Conredo, follow the signs for the trail „Predaia MTB Numero 1“ which climbs slightly at the village of Dossi, reaching the playground of Tavon and finally the crossroads to the Sanctuary of San Romedio. Here the path splits from paths n. 3 and 4 and descends to the bridge over the Verdes river. Here you turn left onto a flat forest path and in a few minutes you reach the famous Sanctuary of San Romedio (symbol of the Val di Non, one of the most characteristic cloisters in Europe with its five small churches built one on top of the other). From here, take the forest road to the bridge of the river and continue straight on into the Verdes valley. Go around it and you will reach (on the opposite side) the quiet village of Sette Larici. Continue following the signs for Predaia MTB Numero 1 and turn into the road towards Malga di Coredo (constant climb up to Val de Lama). Continue along the now flat path and reach the Predaia „ai Todes’ci“ shelter.
