From Gais to the Olang alpine pastures

From Gais, take the cycle path to Bruneck, from there continue in the direction of the outdoor swimming pool and via the Rienzschlucht gorge to Niederolang. Pass the church and continue on the cycle path in the direction of Gassl - follow this - cross the Furkelbach stream and follow the forest road to the Lanzwiesenalm. From here, head downhill to the Angereralm and continue downhill in the direction of Oberlang (refreshment stop at Restaurant Pizzeria Panorama!). From here back to Niederolang and turn left before the train underpass, so that you reach the connection between Olang and Reischach (asphalted road). Very nice route guidance on this section. At Mairkicher-Hof turn right down towards Lamprechtsburg and then below the castle down left, partly on a narrow path, into the Rienzschlucht gorge. Back to Bruneck and along the cycle path to Gais.
