Von Alm zu Alm.
Eine relativ gemütliche Biketour für jedermann. Die Anstiege sind nicht allzu schwierig (ausgenommen kurz nach der Klausner Hütte) und es gibt immer wieder Hütten, die zum Verweilen einladen. Die Abfahrt über den sportlichen Trail kann man auch auf der Forststraße umfahren.

Vom Parkplatz des Garner Wetterkreuzes (1) über die Forststraße bis zum Kühhof (2). Hier geht es etwas steiler weiter bis zur Klausner Hütte (3). Ab hier bis zur Brunneralm (4) wird es anstrengend, aber bald darauf kann man gemütlich auf Feld und Almenwegen (Nr. 13) bis zur Zaltner Alm (5) fahren. Kurz vor dieser Alm links abbiegen und den Trail Nr. 13 verlassen. Hier gilt es aufzupassen, da nämlich der Durchgang zur Unterfrauner Alm (6) nicht so leicht ersichtlich ist. Beim Englmoar (7) geht’s nochmal einwenig steil hoch zur Oberst Alm (8). Wenn man bis hierher die Höhe gehalten hat, hat man alles richtig gemacht und schon bald erreicht man die Brugger Schupfe (9) und/oder die Glanger Kasalm (10), wo man mit Südtiroler Schmankerln verwöhnt wird. Wem die Abfahrt über den Trail Nr.10 (maximal S2) zu schwierig ist, kann auch für die Forststraße optieren und schon bald erreicht man sicher den Ausgangspunkt (1) der Tour.
