This physically demanding mountain bike tour leads to the Eisacktal heights in the area of the Villanderer Alm.

The start to the Eisacktaler Höhen is at the Unterwirt in Feldthurns. With the MTB (850 m) on the Keschtnweg to Moar zu Viersch and on to Verdings Dorf. Pass the Gasserbar and continue towards Gnoll – Felsiner – Hoferhof – Mühlele. Here übers Brückerl, then to the Planitzer and towards the mine to the St. Anna Knappenkapelle. Follow the 3 path to Hinterfink, Foser, Samberger to the Gasserhütte. Continue uphill to the St. Anna hut (2000m) on the Eisacktaler Hütte. From here to the Gfohler Am and Kasereck, then downhill to Latzfons at 1173m. Continue to Plabacher and to Garn, on the F trail to Schnauders and towards the ski lift. Then right towards Oberfrauner and immediately right again down to Tonigmüller. Turn right via the 11er trail to Zirnfelder and down to Feldthurns.
