· Tourismusverband Saalbach-Hinterglemm
Beautiful, natural singletrail, nestled in wonderful mountain scenery, for freerider as well as cross-country biker.
easy
Distance 3.3 km
Smoothly over rich alp meadows
The Buchegg-Trail is the extension of the Hacklberg- or Bergstadl-Trail. It starts right at the mid station of the Westgipfelbahn lift or rather beside the Bergstadl. This flowing and relatively easy trail snakes its way through idyllic landscape shaped by meadows, and offers plenty of fun and variety on the way, with lots of small tables, turns, and rollers.
Author’s recommendation
The Buchegg-Trail is designed for downhillers, freeriders, soul riders as well as tourers.

Turn-by-turn directions
The Buchegg-Trail represents the extension of the Bergstadl- or Hacklberg-Trail and starts directly at the middle station of the Westgipfelbahn or next to the Bergstadl hut. From the little Buchegg hut the route becomes steeper, but still easy to handle for trained mountainbikers.
