Rapid descent from Speikboden past Michelreis to Drittelsand at Sand in Taufers in the valley Tauferer Ahrntal.
Using the cable car Speikboden to reach an altitude of 2000 m. Use the forest road "Hochwald" with direction to Luttach for about 1 km. Turn right and use the forest road to Michlreis (restaurant Mittelstation and Schüsslerhof). From here you can use the street to Sand in Taufers and the bike path to the parking place of the cable car Speikboden. You can also ascent with the bike and descent with the cable car!
