Mountain Bike itinerary on the Alpe di Siusi with panoramic view on the Dolomites

Itinerary made available by Val Gardena Marketing The itinerary starts in Castelrotto centre in front of the church tower. For a bit of a warm up it is necessary to travel along a secondary road for a few kilometres until Tiosels. Just after Tiosels you get on the main road that guides to Val Gardena for about 5 kilometres. From Passo Pinei continue slightly downhill then follow a secondary route that takes to Bulla. The recently built tunnel allows you to travel on asphalt road, instead of the antique dirt road, that at the height of Bulla brings you back on the route. Now for a bit of pleasant uphill passing by Monte Piz and arriving in Alpe di Siusi. For a brief distance follow the road to Compaccio then return on the dirt road that passes in front of the Steger hotel – Dellai. In this segment of the itinerary the Denti di Terrarossa/Rosszähne, that are the link between Catinaccio/Rosengarten and south and the Sciliar/Schlern, dominate the route. The Uphill-Marathon has
