Easy mountain bike tour in the Stilfserjoch National Park. The landscape of the National Park is characterised by the coexistence of untouched nature and a cultural landscape that has been cultivated for centuries with alpine farming and forestry.

Start in the centre of Prad. Head in the direction of Reschenpass along a meadow path via ➋ Agums to ➌ Lichtenberg. Past the ruin of the same name, take an asphalted path to the left over the ➍ bridge to the ➎ Pinethères above Lichtenberg. Immediately afterwards, you enter a dense forest, which only very rarely offers a view of the upper Vinschgau Valley. Follow this forest path to the ➏ Schartalm. Once you have reached the Scharte, the landscape opens up and you can see King Ortler (3895 m) in all its glory right before your eyes. The descent to Stilfs takes place via the ➐ Faslar-H fe above Stilfs. &Uml;ber an old Karrenweg we reach the worth seeing Haufendorf ➑ Stilfs with good stop-off possibilities. The return journey to Prad is via Gomagoi and further along the SS38 to Prad.
