Die sehr lange aber auch sehr lohnende Bergtour zum Hasenohr erfordert beim Bergsteiger eine sehr gute Kondition und Technik.
In Pronta startet man auf dem Steig Nr. 14 und folgt ihm bis zur Morterer Alm und weiter bis Ferner Platten. Dort wird der Markierung 2 auf das Hasenohr gefolgt. Der lange Abstieg erfolgt über dem Steig Nr. 2 bis Pfeiler und weiter bis zur Latscher Alm. Von hier aus wird den Wegen Nr. 4, Nr. 10B und Nr. 10 bis Töbrunn gefolgt. Von Töbrunn gelangt man der Markierung 12 folgend, zurück zur Morterer Alm. Der Abstieg nach Pronta erfolgt von hier erneut über dem Weg 14.
