From the Jaufental valley (Mittertal/Val di Mezzo, St. Ursula church) on asphalted street in about 10-15 minutes to Kaltenbrunn, then on path no. 13 past the managed mountain pasture Bärnfiechtalm. From there follow for about 2 hours various bends over meadows with numerous flowers and alpine roses to the rocky and highest point of the hiking tour, the Bock. Fantastic panoramic view! Often you can observe chamois and ibex! At the other side of the Bock-saddle firstly a little bit steeper in serpentines, then along the bottom of the Ontratt valley. From there continue along the forest path towards the valley. Surefootedness necessary.
