Humble and almost forgotten grassy hill that eventually brings you to the elegant pyramid of Piz Gallin via the north-eastern slopes. Isolated and lonely peak with a great view and a beautiful circular route, especially during late spring or autumn.
To the west you follow a rocky path that leads into the forest. You follow the signs “Dagnola-Piz Gallin” and you cross a street more than once until you reach a curve on 1470 m, where the path n. 301 starts.
You continue to the left and on a forest road (353) until you reach the meadows of the hut Daniola di Cavedago (1578 m, view of Paganella and Dolomiti Fassane). To the right you continue along the steep forest path and by the end you can easily get into the lonely basin of the alp Dagnola Alta (1822 m) to the foot of the pyramid-like Piz Galin.
You continue steeply to the right (west) until you reach 1956 m, where you turn right again (north) to climb a lonely valley. After having reached Bocchetta del Gallino (2130 m), you continue to the right of the grassy hill to reach the Cima Dagnola (2195 m) at its top, a humble peak with a good view of the Cima Brenta, Cima Roma, Monte Fibbion, Val dei Cavai.
