Vom Hotel am Pragser Wildsee (1494 m) auf Weg 20/61 durch Wald über den alten Riedlhof empor zu Weggabel und links (nun Mark. 61) weiter zu den Hütten der Kaseralm (1937 m, knapp 1:30 Std.; keine Bewirtschaftung, Alm heißt auch Neukaser), weiterhin auf Steig 61 steil empor zur Senke der Pragser Furkel (2225 m), kurz hinauf zu Wegteilung mit Wegweisern (2291 m) und weiterhin der Mark. 61 folgend weglos über die steinigen Grashänge nordwestwärts hinauf zum Gipfel (2542 m; ab Kaseralm knapp 2 Std.). – Abstieg: am kürzesten wie Aufstieg, insgesamt 2:30 Std.
