Ein Spaziergang durch durch Kulturlandschaft und über Wiesen zum geschützten Sulfner Weiher.
Ausgehend vom Parkplatz Nusser in Hafling (zu Beginn der Falzebenerstraße) führt der Wanderweg Nr. 14 leicht ansteigend zum Restaurant Sonnenheim. Hier überquert die Route zunächst die Straße, wandert dann vorbei am Innergruberhof und nimmt die Abzweigung nach St. Kathrein. Man erreicht den idyllischen Sulfner Weiher mit seiner einmaligen Vegetation. Bänke leaden zum Verweilen ein, im Sommer genießt man die Pracht der Seerosen. Nun wandert man leicht absteigend weiter, vorbei am Restaurant und Reitstall Sulfner bis nach St. Kathrein. Vom Kirchlein aus genießt man die herrliche Aussicht nach Meran und die Texelgruppe. Der Rückweg erfolgt über die gesperrte Teerstraße Nr. 2.
